Fortnite and Dead Space collide with new Quest Pack and free V-Bucks

There are some Strange Transmissions playing out across the gaming scene, and just as the Dead Space reboot prepares to peep over the horizon, a collision of two of the biggest names in the industry comes to the fore, in the form of the Fortnite Strange Transmissions Quest Pack. It’ll give you the opportunity to grab a host of free V-Bucks too. 

Available to purchase and download right now, adding into your base Fortnite game (you do have Fortnite installed, yeah?) is a Dead Space themed crossover content drop – the Strange Transmissions Quest Pack. 

Priced at £9.99, this merges the classic Fortnite gameplay with some Isaac Clarke themed gear, delivering a new Outfit, Back Bling, Pickaxe, Emote and more. 

As with most Fortnite Quest Packs , this gives you a number of new challenges to complete, rewarding in those all-important V-Bucks once success has been found. And honestly, whilst we’re trying not to get too hyped by the newly rebooted Dead Space, it’s possibly one of the more interesting if the packages that have arrived. 

So what are you getting? An Isaac Clarke Outfit is front and centre, accompanied by two RIG and USG Ishimura Back Blings. From there, a Plasma Cutter Pickaxe will allow you to fight Luke there is no tomorrow, all as a Bench Upgrade Emote let’s you prove to your foes that you are indeed the greatest of all space pirates. Don’t ask us what a ‘Bench Upgrade’ Emote looks like though.
