What’s that sound? Why it’s the special podcast klaxon! The self-proclaimed largest gaming event of the year is back and that means TheXboxHub Official Podcast has returned to dissect all the juicy new gaming info from Gamescom and Opening Night Live 2024.
However, there’s something different afoot this week. Not only will you be able to hear the rantings and ramblings of your favourite podcasters, but for the first time you’ll be able to see them too. That’s right, Episode 207 sees us go through our very own remaster, remake or whichever word is most popular these days, running in video as well as audio format.

Join Gareth, Richard and Darren as the trio scrub up well (enough) for nearly an hour of reaction, opinion and insights into the second live show fronted by the big man himself this year. You know who I mean.
The team runs through the games which piqued their interest, including Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Borderlands 4, Mafia: The Old Country, Dune: Awakening, Directive 8020, King of Meat and many more. Oh, and there’s another highlight which isn’t even a video game but may well have stolen the show.
Of course, it wouldn’t be right if the guys didn’t veer off topic every now and then, and this episode is no exception. There’s just enough time for some back-patting too as quite extraordinarily some of their predictions have come to pass. I guess there’s a first time for everything.
