Let's School on console
Class has begun in Let’s School

After receiving praise galore on its report card for PC performance, Let’s School is finally starting classes on console. Will you be attending Let’s School for some lessons in managing an educational establishment?

Schools IN for summer

Coming from Pathea Games, the folks best known for farm life sims My Time At Sandrock and My Time At Portia, Let’s School is encouraging you to build, manage and evolve the school of your dreams.

There’s an objective-based career mode, allowing you to tackle over a dozen scenarios as well as a sandbox mode for you to unleash your creative side without limits. Whichever you choose, it’ll have you taking on the role of a headteacher to wield all of their power and sway to construct an educational institution.

Not only can you erect buildings, devise a curriculum featuring a wide range of subjects, and hire or fire teachers, but you’re also going to go beyond the usual call of duty. I’m talking about things like adopting pets to improve the students’ lives, stopping them from setting the school on fire for a laugh, and putting on the best after school clubs. If that’s not enough, prepare to counter mysterious dangers, potential threats, and the sudden arrival of fog. Whatever the issue, you must deal with it to help guide the students towards great academic achievements.

Console ready

There are always concerns regarding how a game’s controls transfer from PC, but fear not as Pathea has got you covered. They’ve developed each console version of Let’s School to be fully playable using controllers, ensuring bespoke user interfaces, optimised controls and  gameplay tweaks are in place.

All of the improvements should help make the management feel just as enjoyable on the controller as it is using a mouse and keyboard.

Out now

Should you be ready to take on the challenge of building and managing a school, Let’s School is available to purchase from the Xbox Store for £16.74.

If you don’t want to play it on Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One, it’s also out now on Nintendo Switch, PS5 and PS4. The choice is yours!

Let’s School Description

In Let’s School, you take on the role of a principal tasked with the challenge of revamping and managing your alma mater! The game features two core mechanics: the construction and designing of the school and managing the dynamics of students and teachers. Each student has unique interests and aspirations, making your role as headmaster more complex. Balancing factors like your school’s reputation, satisfying students’ basic needs, overseeing academic pressure, and managing aspects like clothing, food, and travel provide an immersive and challenging experience. Aside from the usual responsibilities of a headmaster, you are also tasked with managing various issues that originate outside the school, including mysterious dangers and potential threats that might cause things to go bananas!
